Ishan Mitra

Ishan Mitra [1] is a singer, music composer, audio programmer and sound engineer who made his Bollywood debut with the song Meri Khamoshi Hai from the movie Pari (2018 Indian film), composed by Anupam Roy.[2]

Career

He [3] started working in music industry as a singer and music programmer since 2015. After Meri Khamoshi, Mitra lent his voice for a composition of Indradip Dasgupta (Eso He [4] from Ek Je Chilo Raja with Shreya Ghosal) which won acclamation.[5] He sang two ever green patriotic songs Kadam Kadam [6] which was originally written and composed in 1942, it was used by the Indian National Army as their quick march song and Dhawno Dhanyo [7] in Gumnaami. He Later, Ishan Mitra started working with many music composers like, Amlaan Chakraborty, Savvy , Saqi , Sharib-Toshi and many more.Then he formed a musical duo with Amit Chatterjee and started working as pcomposer in Bengali film industry and bangladesh music industry, named as Amit-Ishan.[8]
