Irene Becerril
Irene Becerril is a Mexican painter. She is a resident of the state of Tabasco in Mexico. Three of her paintings are displayed at El Museo de la historia del Mormonismo en Mexico in Provo Utah 1501 North Canyon Rd.. Her work "Strength, Color and Spirit in the Gospel" received an award in the 1993 International Art Competition of the Museum of Church History and Art in Salt Lake City.
In 2006 an exhibit of her art was done by the Museo Casa de Leon Trotsky.[1]
Becerril won first place in the 2009 Pan American Health Organization drawing and painting contest.[2]
