History
On November 1, 2019 the IBLA approved an expansion team set to play in Iowa. Guided by co-founders Louis Deeny and Tucker La Belle, the team colors, logo, and roster quickly took shape.[1] Originally set to begin play on June 5, 2020, the inaugural Dogfish season was delayed by the presence of COVID-19 in the United States. After navigating local health guidelines and examining player safety, RBLL - Nebraska was cleared to begin their season in the final weeks of July, 2020. The Dogfish will begin play on July 26, 2020 with an away game at the Aksarben Stampede.[2]
