The International Journal of Discrimination and the Law is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal that covering the field of law in connection with discrimination, including the treatment of refugees, age and ill-health, and issues of nationality. The editor-in-chief is Susan Easton (Brunel University). It was established in 1995 and is currently published by SAGE Publications.
