Innocent Wafula

Innocent Wafula (born 1 April 1996)[4] is a Kenyan [5] footballer who plays as a Midfielder for Vipers SC in the Ugandan Premier League.

Career

Chemelil Sugar Football Club

Innocent joined Chemelil Sugar F.C in 2014[6] and made his debut against Muhoroni Youth on 22 February 2014. Chemelil Sugar Football Club won 2-0, Innocent made both assists. He scored his first goal for Chemelil Sugar Football Club against Tusker F.C on 23 April 2014 at Ruaraka Stadium Nairobi.[7]

GorMahia

He joined Gor Mahia in 2015 from Chemelil Sugar Football Club.[8] Innocent on his debut for Gor Mahia against KCB he scored and the match ended 1-0. In January 2017 he signed a new two-year contract deal at Gor Mahia.[9] On 17 September 2017, Innocent scored a memorable goal for Gor Mahia against Sony Sugar at Nyayo National Stadium and Gor Mahia unprecedented the 15th Kenyan Premier League title thus taking it for the third successive year.[10]

Vipers S.C

Innocent joined Vipers SC In January 2019 and signed a three-year deal.[11][12]
