Inegocia is a genus of flatheads native to the eastern Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

Species
There are three recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Inegocia harrisii (McCulloch, 1914) (Harris's flathead)
- Inegocia japonica (G. Cuvier, 1829) (Japanese flathead)
- Inegocia ochiaii Imamura, 2010
