Ika-Roa

In Māori mythology, Ikaroa is the long fish that gave birth to all the stars in the Milky Way or the Mother Goddess of all the stars – ornaments of the Sky God. Ika-Roa is also an alternative name for the Milky Way.

Ika-roa was also called Mangōroa ("long shark") or Mangōroa i ata ("long shark in the early dawn").

Notes

gollark: There would still be bones...
gollark: I hope they aren't still stuck in there.
gollark: It works for me, since I can just shut down everything and rewire it periodically. Also, fewer cables.
gollark: I just let the messes and randomly tangled cables build up.
gollark: What sort of useful stuff could you actually do with BGP "within your own home"?
