Ignace Baguibassa Sambar-Talkena

Ignace Baguibassa Sambar-Talkena (March 31, 1935 – February 3, 2013) was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Diocese of Kara, Togo.

Ordained to the priesthood in 1963, Sambar-Talkena was named bishop in 1996. He resigned in 2009.[1]
