Ian Cashmore
Ian Cashmore (born 28 May 1970) is a British television personality and Lincolnshire Scout Media Manager (2009-2012)[1] specializing in paranormal phenomena.

Cashmore has been involved in investigating the paranormal since the early 1980s. More recently he served as the presenter of the Discovery Channel's Ghosthunters programme, which was shown initially in the UK and Europe before being sold to worldwide networks. In 2004 he also helped pilot the US version of the show Ghost Hunters.
Ghosthunters is also currently aired in on Discovery's DMAX channel throughout Europe at differing times, and is shown in the UK on Discovery DMAX (SKY 144) on Friday nights at both 10.00pm and 10.30pm.
Ian also co-presented Live TV's The Why Files, originally shown in the UK and Europe, and now on repeats on SKY TV's 'My Channel (ch.176)' four times a day at 7.00am, 9.00am, 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
He was also the paranormal expert for the Sally Jessy Raphaƫl radio show in the US, and a regular contributor for the BBC in the UK, and independent television and radio. He also often doubled as a guest producer for BBC regional radio in the UK. Ian's grandfather was Denis William Cashmore who played professional football for Watford.
