"I Meant To" is a song co-written and recorded by American country music artist Brad Cotter. It was released in May 2004 as his debut single and the first from his album Patient Man. The song reached #35 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart.[1] The song was written by Cotter, Steve Bogard and Rick Giles.
