ITU Focus Group on Quantum Information Technologies for Networks
The ITU Focus Group on Quantum Information Technologies for Networks (FG-QIT4N) is a standards organization of the ITU, to develop standards for networks based on Quantum Information Technology.[1] The Focus Group was created by the December 2019 Telecommunication Standardardization Advisory Group (TSAG, which advises the Director of TSB, Chaesub Lee), after intense discussion between various Member States in Ad-Hoc Groups.

Administratively, FG-AI4H was created by TSAG which in turn is a statutory meeting of the World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA). The secretariat is provided by the Telecommunication Standardization Bureau (under Director Chaesub Lee). It was first created in the December 2019 meeting with a lifetime of one year.
