IOI City Mall

IOI City Mall is a shopping mall located in Putrajaya, which was developed by IOI Properties Group Berhad and opened in November 2014. [1] It is positioned as a mid-upper-class mall to draw about 1.8 million people from the southern corridor of Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Seri Kembangan, Serdang, Puchong, Bukit Jalil and Subang Jaya. [2]

With a net lettable area of 1.35 million sq ft, it is occupied by fashion brands, supermarket, cineplexes and F&B outlets across three levels of retail space with 350 tenants. [2][3]
