System

Each forum is more likely an internet board, with forum>post>comments hierarchy. On each forum, The top image of the post is displayed with the title so you can click on it. If the post doesn't have an image, a title is only shown. Every posts and comment can get Likes (추천) or Dislikes (반대). While the usual comments are colorless, more 'likes' to comments makes it redder (from 5 likes without any dislikes) and thicker. Each forum has 'daily best', 'weekly best', and some forum has 'monthly best' consisting posts with most 'likes'. Top five of best posts (usually daily and weekly ones) are displayed on the first page of each forum. Anyone can push like button in any posts/comments but should login to push the dislike button. A requirement of registration for pushing the dislike button helps the site from 'dislike terrorism' (비추테러).

Registration and cybermoney

You need to be over 14 years old and need a Naver mail account for registration. After registration, you can use cybermoney called gae-nyeom (개념; literally 'concept', but in Korean slang, it means 'common sense') to buy user icons (which is a pixel image appearing left of the nickname) or to donate to certain post's creator. Buying/Create-for-using 1 user icon costs 2 gae-nyeom, which is 200.

Forums

The most active forum is fun posts (웃긴자료), which scraps posts that reached a certain threshold of 'likes and dislikes', from the waiting posts (대기자료). knowledge KIN (지식KIN) (KIN is Korean internet slang used for raging someone - and a parody of Korea's most used QnA website Naver Knowledge IN) was once a trending forum but nowadays it has less than one post per day. The forum has its own cartoon page (웃대툰), which has been a place for lots of Korea's best internet cartoonists, making the internet flow called '병맛' (idiotic taste) that defined the internet of the early 2010s.
