Hugo Rüter
Born in Hamburg, he studied at the Conservatory of his hometown and later settled down in Wandsbeck as director of choral societies, being appointed in 1897 as a teacher of Mathias Claidius Gymnasium. He died in Mieste.
Hugo Rüter (1859–1949) was a German composer.
