Hirtomurex squamosus is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Muricidae, the murex snails or rock snails.[1]

Distribution

THis species occurs in the North Atlantic Ocean, in the Mediterranena Sea off Greece,; in the Caribbean Sea and in the Gulf of Mexico.
