- Opened on as "Miyuki-bashi" tram stop, named from the bridge "Miyuki", on December 27, 1935.

- Renamed to "Hirodai-Kyoyoubu-mae" in 1955.
- Renamed to "Hirodai-Fuzoku-Kouko-mae" on February 28, 1961.
