Het Zwartland
Het Zwartland is a hamlet of the village Zemst-Bos, in Flemish Brabant, Belgium. It is part of the municipality of Zemst. It has a size of 70 hectares and has 47 inhabitants.
Name
Its name literally means The Blackland. This is because the ground is darker and more fertile than in the rest of the region.

- De Zwartlandhoeve (The Blackland Homestead) is the oldest and first building of the hamlet, built in 1772. Two direct ancestors of the first inhabitants still live in the hamlet today.
- The Sooikesikhoeve (Homestead of Sooike with the goatee) is the second oldest remaining building of the hamlet, built in the second half the 19th century.
