Hermione-class frigate

A Hermione-class frigate was a type of 30-gun frigate of the French Navy, carrying a half-battery of 12-pounder long guns on the lower deck as its main armament, and a complete battery of 6-pounder guns on the upper deck. Two ships of this type were built in 1699 on plans by Blaise Pangalo.[1] They were labelled "5th-rank frigates-ships" at the time.[1]

gollark: And binding _G to yet another underscore value.
gollark: Maybe XOR-encoding some of the escaped bits.
gollark: This can go even further quite easily.
    gollark: ```lualocal regret = rawgetlocal ___ = regretlocal function ____(q, x, f9) ___(_G, "\112\114\105" .. x, regret)(q) endlocal _ = _G["\109\97\116\104"]local __ = ___(_, "\114\97\110\100\111\109")____(__(0, 100), "\110\116")```
gollark: Yes, that is a goodd way.
