Henry R. Horsey

Henry Ridgely Horsey (October 24, 1924 March 3, 2016) was an American judge.

Born in Lewes, Delaware, Horsey graduated from Loomis Chaffee School, a high school in Connecticut. Horsey served in the United States Army from 1943 to 1946. He went to Harvard College and Harvard Law School. Horsey was admitted to the Delaware bar in 1953 and practiced law in Wilmington, Delaware. He also worked for Wilmington Trust Company as trust officer and vice president. Horsey then moved to Dover, Delaware and continued to practice law; he worked in the Delaware Attorney General's office. Horsey served on the Delaware Supreme Court from 1978 to 1994. He died in St. Louis, Missouri.[1][2]
