Henry Pfeiffer

Henry Pfeiffer (1857–1939) was president of William R. Warner Co., manufacturing pharmaceutists, and a philanthropist. According to the New York Times obituary of 1939 Pfeiffer made large donations to educational institutions and Methodist church.[1]

Career and personal life

Pfeiffer founded Pfeiffer Chemical Company in 1901. In 1908 he acquired William R. Warner Co. Under Pfeiffer's leadership William R. Warner became a leading drug company.[1]

gollark: If you want to use the NLI model instead of a semantic search-y thing, you probably will have bad performance issues since it *does* actually have to compare all the input sentences against all the example sentences using a full pass through the model.
gollark: That just puts the tokenized tokens onto the GPU, not the model. I would expect that to just error, actually, if the model and tokens are on separate devices.
