Henry Conner
Henry Conner was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate.[1]
Biography
Conner was born on April 1, 1837 in West Chester, Pennsylvania. During the American Civil War, he served in the Union Army, achieving the rank of captain. Afterwards, he moved to Viroqua, Wisconsin.
Political career
Conner was elected to the Senate in 1890. Previously, he was a commissioner of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1867 to 1870.
