Hebei, Luobei County
Hebei (simplified Chinese: 鹤北; traditional Chinese: 鶴北; pinyin: Hèběi) is a town under the administration of Luobei County, Heilongjiang, China.[1] As of 2018, it has 5 residential communities and 10 villages under its administration.[2]
