Haruka Abe

Haruka Abe (安部 春香, Abe Haruka) is a Japanese–English actress. She appeared in BBC's Ideal as Miko,[1] and as Marti in Sleepydog's science-fiction TV series Slingers directed by Steve Barron.[2] She also appeared in the video for Clean Bandit's song "Rather Be" which has gained over 570 million views on YouTube as of April 2020.[3]

Born in Nerima, Tokyo, she spent her youth split between the US, UK, and Japan.[4] She trained at Rose Bruford College in South East London.[4]

In 2018, she became the new speaking voice of Noodle from the virtual band Gorillaz.[5]
