Early life
Hannah V was born in Germany to South Indian parents. She briefly lived in India (Vellore), but spent the majority of her childhood in Berlin. Having been classically trained as a child, Hannah regularly accompanied bands and choirs in school and church. Inspired by an introduction to Jazz records in her teens, Hannah moved to London to study at the Royal Academy of Music to pursue a career in music.[2]
Career
After graduating, Hannah began her career playing keyboards for various pop artists. A stint with Broken Beat group Bugz in the Attic sparked her interest in music production, which she began teaching herself in her spare time. Hannah subsequently signed to Pitched Up Records as an artist/producer and decided to shift her focus from session keyboard playing to production.
