Description and history

Built by James John Hagerman in 1885. It was converted into luxury apartments in 1927.[1]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 20, 1984.

gollark: Well, I can't fix it easily, practically and legally.
gollark: Anyway, it would certainly be nice to have universal high-speed internet connectivity, but I don't and I can't fix it.

gollark: Also, that fixes no issues with bandwidth or availability.
