Haemaphysalis minuta

Haemaphysalis minuta, is a hard-bodied tick of the genus Haemaphysalis. It is found in India and Sri Lanka.[1] It is an obligate ectoparasite of mammals. It is a potential vector of Kyasanur Forest disease virus.[2]
