Guokui
Guokui (simplified Chinese: 锅盔; traditional Chinese: 鍋盔; pinyin: guōkuī)[1] is a kind of pancake made from flour originating from Shaanxi cuisine. It is round in shape, about a foot long in diameter, an inch in thickness, and weighs about 2.5 kg. It is traditionally presented as a gift by a grandmother to her grandson when he turns one month old.

There are many different versions including Jingzhou, Henan, Sichuan, and Shaanxi.
Jingzhou Style
This style is where the dough(flour, water, yeast, sugar) is stuffed with filling(chicken, beef, vegetables)[2] It is then put in a cylindrical charcoal oven.

gollark: I would have to go downstairs and physically check to be sure, but I think you need a weird adapter to get composite out on the Pi 3, as it drops the dedicated port.
