Goh Beng Kwan

Goh Beng Kwan (吴珉权, born 1937, Medan, Sumatra), is a second-generation Singapore artist.[1], widely recognised for his contributions to the Singapore art scene[2] [3]. Goh Beng Kwan was awarded the Cultural Medallion for Visual Arts in 1989[4]
