Rakshasbhuvan

This is a small village with around 1100 population. Situated around 95KM from Aurangabad, well connected with a highway. No hotels around and has only local very small eating places.

There is a temple on the banks of River Godavari dedicated to Navagrahas. Lord Ram is believed to have installed the idol of Saneeswara, Rahu, Ketu and Brihaspathi. There is also a Mangal Statue. It is strongly believed that worshipping will lighten the effects of 'Sani dosha'
