Dr. Ing. Giancarlo Morolli is an Italian philatelist who signed the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2010.[1]

Dr. Ing. Giancarlo Morolli is working as Management advisor in the field of information technologies, as a freelance journalist and is a member of the Professional Association of Journalists of Italy. He is also a member of the FIP Thematic Commission since 1968. From its board since 1972, Vice President in 1975-76 and President from May 1977 to August 2004 (over 27 years)[2].[3]
