George Harmon
George F. Harmon was a college basketball player. "one of the all-time greats" in Mercer basketball history.[1] His team was the runner-up to North Carolina in the 1922 SoCon Tournament.[2] He was inducted into the Mercer Hall of Fame.[3] He was a running guard and "sharpshooter".[4] His unorthodox style of dribbling once got fouls called on him.[5] He also played on the football team.
