Ganamela

Ganamela is a 1991 Indian Malayalam film, directed and produced by Ambili. The film stars Mukesh, Geetha Vijayan, Jagathy Sreekumar and Innocent in the lead roles. The film has musical score by Raveendran, A. T. Ummer and Jerry Amaldev.[1][2][3]

Plot

Venugopal(Mukesh) is the lead singer of music band "Hits Orchestra". The troop consists of keyboard player Tony Fernandez (Siddique), Tabalist Shakkeer Bhai (Kunchan), guitarist Kannan (Maniyanpilla Raju) and violinist Babu (Idavela Babu). Despite performing well, the troop struggle financially.

Venugopal falls in love with Lakshmi (Geetha Vijayan), the daughter of rich entrepreneur Sreedhara Panikkar (Innocent). The movie is about the clash between Sreedhara Panikkar and Venugopal.
