Gamini Abeysekera
Dr Gamini Abeysekera was the former Chairman of National Savings Bank (Sri Lanka), an economist and former UNICEF representative in Bangkok and advisor to the Prime Minister of Thailand.[1][2]

Early life and education
Gamini Abeysekera was educated at Nalanda College, Colombo and was a brother of Karunaratne Abeysekera.[3] Gamini was a graduate of University of Wisconsin–Madison USA obtaining a PhD in Economics.
