Games played with Mahjong equipment

Besides standard mahjong and its variations, other games can be played with a set of Mahjong tiles, on any even surface, and many can be played with little modification, for example:

Shanghai solitaire (also known as Mahjong solitaire)
Shenzhen Solitaire, a Freecell-inspired solitaire game
Sichuan solitaire (also known as Shisen-Sho)
Ten and a Half, a Blackjack-like game.
