Gabriel Mureșan

Gabriel Stelian Mureșan (born 13 February 1982) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder.[1]

Mureșan has been capped for the Romanian national football team in 2007 for a Euro 2008 qualifier game against Slovenia won by Romania 1–2, and in 2008 for the 2010 FIFA World Cup home qualifier game against France. He has a total of 9 international appearances.[2]

In the 2009-2010 season he was selected defensive midfielder of the year in Liga I.
