Fusinus verrucosus

Fusinus verrucosus is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Fasciolariidae, the spindle snails, the tulip snails and their allies.[1]

Description

The length of the shell varies between 50 mm and 90 mm.

Distribution

This marine species occurs in the Mediterranean Sea, the Suez Canal, the Western Indian Ocean and in the Persian Gulf.
