AllMusic reviewer Rob Ferrier stated: "this is sure to please fans in search of more. Let the pimped-out picture on the front cover serve as a warning, though. There are not a lot of jazz fireworks here. ... this is a fairly straight-ahead pop and soul offering. The best moments on the record are those that stick to that groove ... On other, more technically demanding tunes, Thomas sounds a little bored, and dare it be said, average".[4]

gollark: The pickup thing is a weird quirk of the original EW.
gollark: Emu Clicker was kind of meh, Emu Clicker*s* is better.
gollark: Though in some cases it's buried in the settings menus.
gollark: Well, most of the post-2028 games support triple keyboard mode.
gollark: Some of the Emu War anime websites don't really work right on modern hardware because of weird import restrictons in NANDWay, which is very irritating.
