French Women's Volleyball League

The French Women's Volleyball League is the major volleyball national competition for women in France, established since 1941[1]. It is organised by the Ligue Nationale de Volley (LNV) an independent Volleyball Body that organize all Volleyball competitions in France.

History

In the 2018/19 season in Ligue AF 14 teams had participated in the regular season and 8 of them had qualified to the play-offs: ASPTT Mulhouse, Racing Club de Cannes, Volero Le Cannet, Volley-Ball Nantes, Béziers Volley, Pays d'Aix Venelles VB, AS Saint-Raphaël VB, VC Marcq-en-Barœul. The championship title was won by the "Racing Club de Cannes", who won the final series by beating "Volley-Ball Nantes" 2–0 (3:1, 3:1).
