Fred Mwesigye
Rtd Col. Fred Mwesigye is a Ugandan politician, legislator, and former member of the army.[1][2] He is the Mp Nyabushozi County, Kiruhura District, former commander UPDF. He was among the 27 liberators in 1981 Ugandan Bush War.[3][4]
