Frank Vincent (judge)
Frank Hollis Rivers Vincent AO QC (born 3 October 1937) is a retired Australian jurist, who was a Court of Appeals justice at the Supreme Court of Victoria from 2001 to 2009. He served on the court since 1985, being elevated to the Court of Appeals in 2001.[1] Since 2012, he has been a commissioner on the Victorian Law Reform Commission. From 2001 to 2009, he was Chancellor of Victoria University in Melbourne.[2] Married to Dawn (née Eustace) 2 daughters
