Frank Meschkuleit
Frank Meschkuleit (born August 9, 1956) is a Canadian voice actor and puppeteer who plays the voice of Toopy on the television series Toopy and Binoo.[1] He has also performed as a voice actor and puppeteer on other shows, such as Don't Eat the Neighbours and Dragon. He was also the suit performer for Junior Gorg for the fifth and final season of Fraggle Rock.
