Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla
Francisco Raúl Villalobos Padilla, (born February 1, 1921) is a Mexican prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. At age 99, he is the oldest living bishop of Mexico.

Villalobos Padilla was born in Guadalajara and ordained a priest on April 2, 1949. He was appointed auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Saltillo on May 4, 1971 as well as Titular bishop of Columnata and consecrated on August 4, 1971. He was appointed bishop of Saltillo on October 4, 1975, retiring from the post on December 30, 1999.
