Folomanu Kulene (born 4 September 1997) is a Tuvaluan international footballer who plays as a midfielder for Tuvalu A-Division side FC Manu Laeva.

Kulene made his senior international debut on 12 December 2017 in a 10-0 defeat to Vanuatu at the 2017 Pacific Mini Games.[1]
