Florea Birtașu played three games at international level for Romania, making his debut in a 1–0 loss against Czechoslovakia at the 1954 World Cup qualifiers.[5][6]
Notes
- The 1957 championship called Cupa Primăverii is unofficial, so the appearances and goals scored at that competition for Progresul București are not official.[2]
