History

Thomas Stenderup founded Final Cut Productions in 1993. Its first films, two documentaries, were released in 1995. Mikael Opstrup was a co-producer in the company from 2002 until 2008.[1] Signe Byrge Sørensen, its current CRA, joined the firm in 2004.

In late 2008, both Stenderup and Opstrup decided to leave the company. To complete ongoing projects, Signe Byrge Sørensen then started Final Cut for Real in collaboration with Anne Köhncke, who had previously worked with Final Cut for a year.[2] The company is based at Indiakaj in the former Freeport area of Copenhagen.
