Biography

Born May 19, 1972 in Porto. Pupil of the Espinho football academy.

Graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of the University of Porto in 2000.

Playing career

From 1990 to 2007 he played in Portugal in various divisions for the clubs Espinho, Fiays, Penafiel, Pasos de Ferreira, Salgueiros.

From 2001 to 2004, he played 17 matches in the Primeira Liga with F.C. Paços de Ferreira.

Coaching career

In 2006 he was licensed as UEFA Football Coach B, in 2013 - UEFA Pro.

In 2006 he began his career as a coach. He worked in the clubs Lozada, Fijes, Paredish, Aliados Lordelo, Espinho, Naval 1 de Mayo, Freamunda, Uniao Madeira,[1] Aves U23, Sporting Covillan.

From May to September 2019, he was the head coach of the F.C. Paços de Ferreira team, which under his leadership at the beginning of the 2019/2020 season played 4 matches (1 draw, 3 losses).[2][3][4][5]

In November 2019, he headed the C.D. Feirense team.[6]
