Field hockey at the 2011 Pan American Games – Men's Qualifier

The Men's Field Hockey Qualifier for the 2011 Pan American Games is a field hockey series between Cuba and Brazil to determine the last entry into the field hockey competition at the 2011 Pan American Games for men. All games were played in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from February 3–6, 2011.[1]

This series became necessary because Cuba decided to skip the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games. Brazil would have qualified under the old qualifying system (third qualifying position from the 2009 Pan American Cup).[1]

gollark: People sometimes say that they can't learn properly without experiencing the real world or whatever, but text is very information-dense and there is a *lot* of it.

gollark: There's no *known* reason you couldn't get them all the way to human performance. It might not be possible or it might be hilariously inefficient, but as far as I know the lines on the graphs remain straight.
