Fewnomial theory
Fewnomial theory is the theory of fewnomials (also known as sparse polynomials or lacunary polynomials).
A fewnomial is a polynomial with a fixed number of terms, where the coefficients and degrees can vary. The theory of fewnomials was initiated by Askold Khovanskii.
