Felicilandia

Felicilandia (Spanish for happy land or happiness land) was a large amusement park located in Caparra, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, next to San Patricio Plaza and close to San Juan, Santurce, Catano and Bayamon.[1] After decades functioning, the park was closed during the mid-1990s.

According to the New York Times edition of March 19, 1976, the park was affiliated to the Creative Country Day School at Westchester, which was an American company, and it had $5,300,000 worth in assets.[2]

Rides

The park had multiple rides, including:

  • a ferris wheel
  • bumper cars
  • mini-planes
  • a main roller coaster
  • a children's roller coaster
  • a children's ride where kids could drive cars up and down a play mountain, with a bridge included
