Farnworth Grammar School

Farnworth Grammar School was a now demolished grammar school founded in 1715 at Farnworth, Lancashire.[1] Alan Ball, Jr. was an ex pupil.[2] Kenneth Wolstenholme, who commentated on the 1966 World Cup Final in which Ball played, was also an ex pupil. It closed in 1982.[3]
